as some people know or otherpeople dont know, i am now working for an online gaming platform (something like 浩方) called GG. i find many interesting things about its name!

The name of 浩方,the biggest WC3 online platform in China may come from hf (have fun). but my company is called gg. as every game starts with "hf", it ends with "gg". "hf" may be omitted, but "gg" is always necessary!

so i make some ad for my company!
GG, the unescapable end of any match.

PS: (April 23th, 1118) i understand e post is aggressive, and maybe even insulting, espcially at this special point of time, as ppl warned me immediately after i posted it.
i concede that e post is annoying for everyone when he looks at it for the first time. and i understand it is utterly not in my interest to put it up. however, my intention is just to ask a question with this post, is 安逸 really your life style? If u can read it again seriously, will you still take it as an annoying post? if u can live with the above sentence happily, then it is definitely your way of life, as you are not strongly attracted by the potential to do great things, at an even great cost, of course. but if you cannot live with the sentence, then ask yourself again, is that really your way of life.
i hope it is that simple. i have already got my anwer, and e rest of it is your business.

always thinking abt writing a new post... then i cannot find internet access... then i hesitate... then i lose the momentum... so e update on this blog is quite slow...

but anw, as i promise kandyhoo to write a light-hearted post, and it still seems doable within my own ability, i shall keep my words. so i shall hereby introduce my new job!!! =)

after 3 months of teaching, i think i shall choose something else to do. but i ended up somewhere that i didnt dream to come, e computer-gaming industry... (lets call it an industry first)

although everyone think wyf is a lousy gamer, he was e one who first introduce DotA to e Chinese High ppl 2 years' ago, who were still engrossed in e outdated CS... now he made another adventurous move, turned DotA into a profession clap clap clap =)

but then, i had to say goodbye to my college teachers. i m pretty sad at e farewell dinner... Mr Chow is so nice to me. he didnt scold me alth i almost screw up everything. Mr Lee is always there to help, Mr Gow there to make fun, Mr Kwek there to blow me up... now i have to leave Hwa Chong. Sooner or later, i had to leave e new job... and not long after now, i shall leave everything here... all e friends, things, and going on for another venture...

A Level results --- note: its only for my personal reflection. Dont take it for yourself and start criticize immediately =) thx...
A level 考得还不错，而且上篇说了我也不是很care，但是GP也不是那么的ideal。所以就小小的郁闷一下。但告诉我爸妈的时候，他们却不同意。他们的意思是GP能拿B3是我现在这个阶段能发生的最好的事情了，比拿了A1或是A2要好得多。这样想想也对。anw A level 的成绩是让别人看的。所以让别人看到B3是最好的事了。老天真是对我太厚待，不管什么时候都帮上我一把。然后一定要感谢爸妈，虽然你们在学习上没怎么管我或是帮我，也没有从小培养我一技之长（每次都是让我半途而废了），但我现在明白了学习好不好，有没有一技之长都不是那么的重要，重要的是 foster my own philosophy, which stay with me

前途：
这段时间“前途”一定是个热门话题了。不管是...的前途，...的前途，大家都要讨论。想想为什么自己就从来不想想自己的前途呢？比如说以后的工作赚不赚钱等等的。不过要知道以后工作赚不赚钱先得知道以后做什么工作啊。像我这个连大学读什么都不知道的人，这类问题不着边际。现在的想法就是快快乐乐enjoy大学四年。(full stop)
所以就不同意一些说法，比如说要尽快读完大学？？？（我听到的最好的解释是一些工作是吃年轻饭的，所以要早早毕业。）
上次不知道和什么人谈起说我可能学物理（其实就是瞎吹），那人就说那你以后会去当老师或是researcher啦？我当时就想反驳说我大学学什么和我以后干什么工作有什么关系，但没说出口。因为我知道自己的一些想法好像已经不能被大众所接受了。
还是用Steve Jobs在Stanford graduation上的一句话鼓励鼓励自己吧 =)

A level results

A few days before the release of A level results, i would always be asked the questions, "how do u feel about it? Are you feeling nervous?" My instant response at that time was always, "who cares?" although i didnt say e two words in such a straightforward manner.

yup, i always had the impression that A level results was nothing. it would not make a difference in my life at all. people may say that it is only true for me. but i believe it is the same for many of us scholars. to most people, it is just a 面子问题. and people like me who dont care about 面子, it is virtually nothing.

however, it is not true... not true for so many people out there, where the results of a single exmaination make a difference between life and death. it may just completely alter one's path of life, leaving the person with no alternatives. for example, without a certain grade, you cant go for e medical school, no matter how hard you dream to be a doctor, just because e competition there is too fierce. hence, the future of a potential doctor is cut. he has to choose another career that he may not like, and...face the harsh side of life.

when i saw that, i really feel my heart is broken, and i feel so powerless that i cant do anything to help.

i m so fortunate that i was nv left with such a situation. i was not even tested by stress of an impt exam. i got admitted before i went for my graduation exam for primary and junior high school. i went thru O level with ease, and finally, i even "dun care" about A level... 真TMD欠扁...

to see e positive side of it, maybe that person is trained with e experience, and hence able to cope with similar situations better than me in e future. (maybe take a different perspective is just a kind of brainwash, as someone suggested) but up to now, i m just sad.

can you tell me what is mature before you make e statement? what is "MATURE"?
it seems a big word, one of e big big words that out of my comprehension.
i only know peeple at different stages of life would have different opinions for the same things. But which is correct, the opinion she has when she was a child, or the belief she would hold when she is very old? i seriously dunno.
so what is mature?!

最近想推荐一个动画片，呵呵。
其实是挺以前看的老片子了，但是现在想想的确是不错的，钢之炼金术士。
一开始是好玩的动画片而已，但看再去就会觉得里面讲的东西，如人性对强大力量的欲望，其利弊，还有很多东西很是有现实意义。特别是里面提到的forbidden knowledge 的概念，是我以前从没有想过的。
最喜欢里面的炎之炼金术士，感觉里面的为了达到自己认为得正义而不择手段不惜代价的做法和自己的性格很像。或许以后也会像他一样最终放弃自己极为不现实的想法，但其实已经做了点事了。

Originally, I would like to compare sth betweeen Hwa Chong and RJ... but then i think it is too flammatory, so better leave it to myself.

But I just read an article on "Reader" (Chines magazine) and find something similar (not entirely the same). I am more convinced that a person's future is determined by his character (determination, resilience, attitude towards life) rather than calibre.

The weak who quit the competition only give the strong a better chance to succeed. (not directed to any specific event)

I will again illustrate the point further next time.
PS: I am sorry to give that excuse every time. But I am really busy these days. I think articles on my blog are supposed to be used to give myself something to ponder upon, rather than provide others thoughts (which I think I cannot really achieve). So I do not need to record down the details.

我的blog实在是有点惨，自从我建了这个blog就没有更新过格式。更不要提像luxin那样有这么多照片，这么多连接了，还一直换来换去，一会儿blogspot一会儿space，弄的我现在每天上blog就是上他的blog，然后连出去，自己的blog几星期都不会去一次，每次有人留言还要luxin告诉我。

然后就是一直不更新，没东西写更新什么啊。还有就是每次写都写别人听不懂的话。（其实我觉得很简单易懂的，可为什么别人就是不懂呢？？？气死了）然后还有人老实说很chim,很insightful...其实就是presentation水平太烂，别人听不动。哎...以后要多练习写作能力，华文英文都是的。

purpose of education

I seldom read the GP notes given by the teacher, but I did that yesterday before my GP block test. From the notes on education, accidentally I find the answer for a question that I cannot answer for a long time, “what is taught in the current education is hardly useful when we are at work in the future, then why are we still learning it?” I roughly have an idea. However, because of my poor presentation and language skills, I cannot formulate my idea into a concise and easily understood sentence. Now I found it.

The original text goes like this,

“If the ancient were asked whether education should be vocational, they would say that the only vocation with which it should concerned is the common human calling- the pursuit of happiness. What we called specialized and vocational training- training for particular jobs- they would regard as the training of slaves, not the education of free man.”
My interpretation of the text answers my question. The question itself should not be asked in the first place because the purpose of education is not be to train skillful workers, which is most efficiently done when you do the work yourself. The current education should be teaching us the way to enjoy life and pursue happiness, through appreciation of philosophy, music, literature and natural science, etc. Thus we should not be sad, thinking that we are wasting our time in school. Actually we are learning the skills to appreciate life before we all become the slave of work.

Thus, I constant wonder that why the school does not offer subjects like philosophy and music for all students, as these are more important stuff which we should learn now and can never learn later. (Also then I will not spend that amount of money to learn it on myself =( hehe)

True insight

Heard some ppl said I m insightful. Its rilli a strange idea. Maybe they dun understand e meaning of 'true insight comes from within'.

True insight comes from urself, not from others. Nobody is insightful except urself. Others' ideas r never urs, and u may never be benefitted from them.

This blog is not filled with insights. Indeed it is full of rubbish. Whether u can retrieve insights from e rubbish is ur own business.

When i said tt 一分耕耘一分收获 is rubish, i din rilli mean tt. I just want to question some fundemental ideas so tt ppl can understand them better. my opinion is that u may not be paid now, bt u ll be paid one day, and u should never expect to be paid.

If i tell u tt 一分耕耘一分收获, u ll feel it hard to accept. anw there r so many counterexamples ard. however, if u finally get e idea urself, u ll believe in it.

when i said e world is not fair, i din rilli mean we should get away with it. I mean tt we should try our best to build a better world. btw, i still believe in e idea tat we should try to build a better world. maybe its a naive idea. bt nobody cares whether its naive or not. the powerful dominate, the weak obey. if the powerful is naive, e rest ll just follow. so be e powerful.

我晃着手中的半满的水瓶，问走过的小女孩，这瓶子是半满的，还是半空的？她只是向我苦笑，也不知这是什么样的问题，应该怎么样回答。我继续自言自语，这个世界是公平的，对谁来说都是同一个世界，只是每个人看世界的角度不同，看到的世界也就不一样。她或许以为我不是和她说话，就走了过去。其实我也不知道我是在跟她说话，还是在想怎么说服我自己。
那个小女孩就住在我外婆家楼下。她的外婆和我的外婆关系很好，以前我外婆出去我就一直到她家吃饭。去年回来的时候又看到她，即漂亮又可爱，而且很聪明，数学很是好，大家都很喜欢她。
真是命运弄人，短短的一年时间，她妈妈白血病死了，爸爸又因此离了婚，现在她只能呆在外婆家，像孤儿一样。真不知这对她打击有多大，也不知道他以后的命运会如何。
有时自己都无法相信这个世界有公平可言，又怎么能说服别人。
“达则兼济天下，穷则独善其身。”或许因此我们一直努力着，为了别人…也就是为了自己。

不知道什么时候听说的这话，不过好像一直听人说这句话。想想很有道理，实际上绝对是个rubbish。就像经典物理学想想很有道理相对论怎么样也想不通一样，只因为后者和试验结果相符，前者就只能是rubbish。再怎么付出也不一定有回报，无心插柳却也可以成荫。
于是付出了很多的我们就开始抱怨这个世界的不公平，自己很努力却得不到自己想要的东西，怎么都不会懂为什么别人什么都不做就能比自己好。那应该先问问是谁告诉我们说有付出就会有回报，有耕耘就会有收获…. totally rubbish

Previously I want to write an essay about GP, but saw some people got the same view as me, and he got a lot of time to wrtie such a long essay, and english not bad, so just quote his passage. Here I acknowledge his contribution to this blog.

this post is only for GP essay writing not comprehension.
after learning GP for over half a year i eventually found how to write GP essays then i have realised that GP is a completely subject.

first of all,you are not supposed to show your personal views in the essay even the question is what is your opnion.if you have some brilliant ideas or concepts you are not recommended to write i what what what.instead you should use professor bla bla bla say,confusion say or things like that because their words are more powerful and reliable. then how can you get all this? you just created on your own. however dun be too ridiculous like professor long sau sage once said bla bla bla....just memorize some famous experts in certain areas and then you can create their speech on your own. if you really can't recall any of them then just give a common name such as professor James from university of cambridge,or professor Tan from NUS, professor li from tsing hua univeristy.for data,you can also create on your own such as according to the latest information from Ministry Of health and so on.that will make you essay look more professional but what is the point doing so?why can't we just express our own views instead of copying from others?

secondly,GP has typical format,for any question,you can write an essay of the same format.first you bluff something about the question,this is called introduction.for example if the question is many people say X(noun) is very Y(adj usually is very general).do you agree.then the introduction can be something like this:X has become the hottest issue since what what because what what.its influence is so large that bla bla.therefore people always say x is very Y.however to learn this clearly we must know what is Y. Y means what what what(watch out!you must make your defination very profound,dun use do,go and simple words.you should replace "how people view school" to "in what way educational institutions are perceived by the general public.of course it is a bit exaggerate.anyway it is something like that).To say X is very Y entails that what what what. though many people believe in this i dun think X should be like this.

after introduction you give 3 positivie points and one counter arguments(the number can vary a bit).for each points you must first state the points then give examples and evaluate the points and link back to the question.as i mentioned before you must remember that your evaluation and points must look very powerful.(lol,i think the people in the cultural revolution can write fantastic essay because they can give powerful quotations such as Chairman Mao once said bla bla).you must give one counter argument no matter what the question is,obviously after the counter arguments you will justify your stand by saying that the positive views are more positive.If the question is "eating is one of the most important and basic abilities that people possessed".comment"this is obvious right.also you must give some nonsense counter argument.i will write: " Although eating is proved to be extremely important for the survival of human beings, it is argued that it is not needed for a people to survive. people can live heathily without eating by injecting salted water and glucose solution. Professor of genetic engineering yuan long pin predicted that in 2100 human beings will no longer eat food like us,instead they will inject nutrition solutions and 10ml of such nutrition solution can provide energy that can last 10 days so in the future people dun need to eat.therefore eating is not very important to people.however scientific researches show that eating is not only just for surviving but also for enjoying.as we see that people try their best to make food delicious so that we can enjoy the taste. even in the future people can survive without eating eating will not be obsolete,instead it will be far more important than now because people will focuse on the taste and enjoying delicious dishes to release pressure.therefore eating is unlikely to diminish in the world and it further shows that eating is very important to peole.

at last you just summarize the points and give some future predictions such as in no more than 25 years eating will be more popular than now,government will also launch some compaigns(forgot the spelling) to promote eating.

if you can do the points above at least you can get a c,or if your language is ok your points are not very incredible a B is garanteed. you can write all of that into a pseudocode like the comuting program.

i dun think it DOES make any sense. students are deprived of creativity writing skills.of course there will be some talents who can still write creatively but most students will fall to just follow the format blindly to gain good marks. also people will gain the image that their own words are not reliable so that they will tend to lose the confidence in presenting their own ideas.also people cannot get any good ideas but know how to follow the pattern will also get good result.this is very unfair just like the nonsense that argued for eating is not important.i can't say that that paragraph will gain a high score but at least from the aspect of GP writing.i am sure everyone who is not completely blur will find that i am bluffing.as you see rubbish like that will not fail.further more the education system and meritocracy practises make students score oriented which greatly resticts their abilities and creativities.

Sometimes when you really want to get something, you cannot get it.
Some people say that you study for so long is just for a particular moment. But did you really learn something from the experience? If you have, maybe that is the true thing you have got. Even you cannot do well in that moment, you get something. You do not need to care when you can make use of all these things. You will be benefited one day. The important thing is that you learn something, not when you can make use of it.
Mum said I have changed in this year. I can no longer sit down and concentrate on something. I am devoted to too many things and lost my concentration.
I agree. But my point is that I become very pragmatic. I do things that I can be benefited, but what I am interested. Pragmatism is a negative word here. It will bring bad things. I still remember when I wondered which school I should choose last year, a teacher told me that I should do things I am interested in, not those that seemed can bring me short term benefits. If I am too focusing on what I can get from what I do, I will feel cheated if I cannot get it. I really focus too much on what I get. “High achievers”, people call these people, but not “learners”.
Reflect on the whole year, I really got a lot things, and lose a lot things, but what I have learnt? That is important.

Sense of Belonging

I still remember some people once said that I dun have a sense of belonging to my country because I din express that patriotism in that particular situation. And now people say that I dun have a sense of belonging to my school. They are correct to a certain extent. I dun have such sense of belonging to my home, my school, my city and even the nation. I consider the home as just a comfortable bed. I wear the T shirt of other schools much more often than that of my own school. I cant speak the dialect of my hometown and dun want to learn actually. I even dunno which city my juniors and seniors come from as in my eyes there is no difference. I even could not pay attention when everyone was singing the national anthem at Tiananmen, busy counting the cars around. But does that mean I do not love them? Not necessary. Different people express their sense of belonging in different ways.
Some people sing the National Anthem clear and loud. Some only recite it in their hearts. Nobody can blame any party. Finally it is what they do that defines them. It is not what they sing nor what they think. When the real crisis comes, who will come out, who will be able to do some real work. We dunno. I still remember the first time I heard the Singaporean students singing their national anthem. The pitch is so low. I was suddenly touched, because the voice seemed come from their deep heart. (But later I found out that it is because they were all too slack. A bit disappointing.) In my mind, it is the true beauty of determination. Nobody can hear it. But everyone shall feel it when time comes.

time machine

I always have some strange thoughts. I dream that some day, maybe 30 years later, I can make a time machine and send me back to the world now. (So I must be 48 by that time) Of course the me who am 48 years old will try to find the me who am 18 years old. Then what I (48) will say to myself (18). I wonder. Maybe I (48) will find out that I (18) am just mugging for the coming tests, is playing violin with the unbearable sound, is desperately doing some research that I have no idea with, or playing some computer games that has no further significance other than playing itself. Then what I (48) will say to myself (18). I wonder. Maybe I (48) shall see that all the things I (18) am doing now is utterly unimportant. I (18) am just wasting my time, maybe I (18) can doing something that is more meaningful for my future. But shall I (48) tell all these things to myself (18)? Maybe not. I shall just smile and go away. Do not disturb him. He is enjoying his life.

Dunno why suddenly rmb the GP lesson again. Anyway video clip is much more impressive that the boring talking.
Scenario: Ms June conducted a quick survey on who is support abortion. Most of us chose to support abortion. Then she showed us the video clip the Hard Truth. After the show, she asked us whether we have changed your opinion as write that down. !!!!!!!!!
Is that she thought our opinions could be changed by a single clip? I have to concede that the video is very powerful. It made me feel sick, at least very uncomfortable. But how can it change a person’s opinion instantaneously? If we can be changed by that clip, maybe another one about the tortured life of a young mother can change our opinion again. Man cannot the straws in the wind, waving from one side to the other.
It cannot be denied that the clip is something true. But there are simply too many truths we have never seen before with the potential to change our views fundamentally. And sometimes it is better not to show them to the public. For example the documentary of war should not be shown because the whole process is very cruel. If that kind of video is shown to the public, democratic country will not be able to participate in warfare. However, we all know that slapping a student in the class is apparently unacceptable although it is much less cruel than waging a war. But in the end we should accept war sometimes and cannot accept slapping of a student. Double measures are practiced here. As we need to practice different measures for different things, and some people may not accept it (at least it seems unacceptable to me in the first look). So we better not let them know the truth to let them make the correct judgment.

PS: I know the above passage is difficult to understand, (mostly cuz of my poor language ability) especially the last paragraph.

A long time ago, one of my friends told me that he always feel unhappy. I did not understand him. I thought it was a special case. So I went around and asked other friends, I got the same answers. I was surprised, shocked. I thought that we had everything, supporting parents, schoolmates, friends. We spend money like it comes from nowhere. We were never short of anything and even relatively good in academic results as compared with most of our peers. Why we are still unhappy?
As time passed by I start to see the reasons. Not everyone can hold the source of happiness. I saw friends worrying, cursing for trivial, spending large amount of time investigating others’ opinions but never thought of changing ourselves. A funny paradox.
I could not understand them until the day I did the same thing. Over conscious about others’ opinions. Worry for trivial. Sometimes I just stone there, without thinking anything. Then I realized that I have lost the source of happiness.
People say that you will cherish the thing only when you lost it.

To Xiaoxiao: I really hope that I can carry on, but it costs a lot of money and time. So see lah. Buy a violin first. Do not admire anyone if they have not done anything yet. Words only cannot be trusted.

Some clarification: I am far from an idealist. And I absolutely do not think playing violin is more important than study at this age. Some people may have the misinterpretation that because I have good results, I think that results are not important. Results ARE important. But they are not all.
I understand that the message is not logically proven. Actually the title “proposition….” brings a sense of mocking. I did not intend to prove the idea. Anyway, true insight comes from within. However, my point is very clear. When everyone in the world thinks that the study is a overwhelmingly important thing, I need to provide a balanced view. To learn an instrument proves you as something more than those who can only study. And this quality should be much appreciated, especially among us, a group of academically inclined “elites” (sarcastic, do not misinterpret it again). Maybe that is one of the reasons for me to study violin.

And to Mendolssohn Vionlinkonzert e-Moll, playing violin is a talent. Appreciate it. It makes you so unique, outstanding. God bless (and to another one who can play so well).

I heard someone saying that “I can only play violin. After all, what else can I do?” I feel shocked. The talent to play violin is really a lot already.
When they say all these things they refer to the fact that they cannot give satisfactory academic results. But after all what is the use of these results in the future? They are useless outside school. If one day you lost your job, a violinist may still find a vacancy in a pub or restaurant, or even in an orchestra. But what is the use of the results? Even you want to teach, you have to acquire certain techniques besides your understanding of the problems.
After all, few can play violin, but all can do math questions. So it is reasonable to be proud of yourself when you can play the violin well, but you earn much less respect when you solve a math problem.
So violinists, you should be proud of yourself.

Just after my F math block test, I was so disappointed that I did not do well. Left 13 marks blank. What the … It was a long time since I met such a challenging paper.
But when I talked about this with mum, her reaction was, what are you thinking about?
Absolutely, what I am thinking about? Get 4As??? It is quite meaningless. Block test is used to tell you where you are, but not to show off anything. If I am only thinking about getting As, how can I put my best. After all, learning the stuff is much more important. If I was only looking at the results, but forget the intermediate steps, it will be a blunder. Mum said the only thing I get now is time, and hence I can afford to fail. If I dare not fall, I will never learn how to get up. If I really get a C, or even a fail, maybe the block test will be a more enriching experience.
Just use your time to do something meaningful. The results are far too unpredicted.

“你知道你是谁吗？”这是我妈常问我的一个问题。我从来不知道怎么回答。我知道我是谁吗？她说有很多人干事情略有成绩，就忘了自己是谁，就会浮躁。我中文不是很好，也不懂浮躁是什么意思。记得上一次妈妈说我浮躁是在初三，当时我也不懂浮躁是什么意思，不过我知道自己已经不知道自己是谁了，后来我明白了，我是王逸丰，只是王逸丰而已。
现在我又变得很忙了，整天忙忙碌碌的，什么事都干，但又不知道自己干的是什么。以为自己做得很好，却又不知道自己做什么，可能这就是浮躁。妈妈说我要多去一点图书馆，在那里静一些。宁静得以至远，这是我们语文老师说的，但华初图书馆显然不是一个可以宁静至远的地方。

这世上有很多事情要做，有些事情轰轰烈烈，有些事情不足一提，但不管怎样，自己还是自己，自己要明白。
不要忘了自己是谁。

why not go for the math competition? actually i can. just pon SRP. not difficult. why not get a calculator? anw it will be got by a person strong in math again. ppl who r not good at math will still not get a chance. but still not feel like going...

When AIME results come out, seniors all say wuh so strong. Todae some gal even say I was powerful???? Sick. Nothing proud to be gd at math. I did not work hard at it. You wont be proud of it if e reputation is not earned by u. it is earned by luck.

Btw, want to say get v irritated when ppl in my class appear so cocky. Anw what is MAP??? School held the selection and form e class not to let them show off in front of their peers. They r just gd at math, NOTHING more. School forms the class is to let them compete wif top students from other schools, I mean RJ. When they satisfy just cuz they r better than their peers in the schools, I feel like to omit. Aft all When SMO comes, what can they do???? Earn the honour for school, or lose its face. When got 1 in AIME, I feel damn cold, feel hopeless of HC. What should we do, what can we do? Sit there, be laughed at by other JCs, laughing at our peers in the same school at e same time. So irony. So pitiful. So sad.
When I see ppl from other s3 classes, I feel like owing them something. When we get the chance to enter map instead of them, we ald owe them something. Can we live up to their expectations??? Can we live up to e school’s expectations??? Then How dare we laugh??? I dun have e face to…

too busy all these days. so have not bloged for a long time.
but Lu says i was also saying i am too busy all the time when i was in sec 3 and 4. so maybe i always feel too busy bah. then there is nothing wrong.
have both srp and nrp, too busy liao. but srp prof actually not very gd. he is too busy too. last time when i met him, waited at his door for 40 min. this time wait for 35 min, stillno person. qi4 si3 wo3 le. want to do nanoscience, but prof rejected. sigh..

I always wonder why i am such a lucky one. slow, stupid, at least not smart, but can still get all these prizes, can still do well in some exams. unexpected, unthinkable. It seems v v v unfair to others' effort and intelligence.
